ARE YOU IN CONFLICT?
Hopefully not, but let us just say that you are. What can you do about it? I mean, what can you actually do about it? Maybe you can just "think" yourself through it?
If it was something you could just think through, and presto... it is resolved, then it would not actually constitute what I would refer to as a "conflict". What I define as a "conflict" is something that is causing you stress, an inability to focus or think clearly, and something that is causing you to lose sleep, and to be a bit concerned that you don't know what it is that is bothering you.
How do you "think" yourself free of something you can't even identify as to cause?
So, how about seeking professional help? Are you familiar with what passes today for "mental health"? If you are unable to ascertain what is troubling you, what will you answer when your friendly professional asks you" "What can I do for you today?" Which would sound to me like "would you pass the butter please?"
When you are seriously bothered, or what I refer to as "in conflict", and you have no idea what is wrong with you.... perhaps the last thing you need is someone asking you "Why are you troubled?". As though you know precisely the reason you are troubled.
May I suggest that if you are bothered... that you try something a bit different? Click on the following website [http://www.geocities.com/esominder] and just wonder through it for awhile. I suspect that what is bothering you will begin to ease up, and before long, you will experience yourself returning to normal. If this does not occur, then feel free to email me directly at esominder@yahoo.com, and just list what you are experiencing, and I will respond ASAP.
